Hey - I just published the second edition of our Great Cold Emails series.

TL;DR: An early-stage startup founder emailed Jason Calacanis and got a same-day reply in which Jason asked to set up a meeting. There’s a lot to learn from the email, and the basic structure is one that can work across a lot of cold email campaigns.
